We build it and run it with you for six weeks once it’s live, then hand it over.

  • Your ads built for you, aimed at your database and your suburbs.
  • Includes PocketAppraisal Solo and My Launchpad for your first 60 days.
  • Weekly updates while it runs.
  • A handover, so you can keep it running yourself.

After that, it’s $397 + GST a month, the same as the Launchpad Kit, with PocketAppraisal Solo included and no setup fee on top of your build. Cancel any time. Your 60 days count from the day you pay, so they can end before handover.

Questions

Do I need a sales call first?

No. Pick an option and start. If you’d rather talk it through first, book a call.

What does the ad spend cost?

Ads are paid straight to Meta, not to us. Most agents start at about $20 a day.

Can I cancel the kit?

Yes, any time. Email jordan@jordanbain.com.au and it stops at the end of the month you’ve paid for.

What’s the setup fee for?

Your Kickstart call and getting your first ads live. If you cancel before your Kickstart call, I’ll refund it.

I already pay for PocketAppraisal.

Your Solo plan is included in the kit, so you won’t pay for both.

What about other agents in my office?

A second agent is $197 + GST a month, plus the $150 + GST setup. Three or more? Email me about the office licence.
