Who you’re dealing with

Launchpad by Jordan Bain is supplied by BAINJ Consulting Pty Ltd (ABN 87 656 974 622). Prices include GST where it applies.

In these terms, “I” means Jordan Bain, for BAINJ Consulting Pty Ltd.

What you’re buying

I build Meta ads to your own database and area, pointing to your PocketAppraisal link. Once they’re live, we run and refine them with you for six weeks, then hand them over. It’s all built inside your own accounts, so you own the ads, the audiences and the ad account.

The Launchpad fee is A$2,950, paid once. If I’ve given you a written quote, its price and inclusions apply instead. The package includes PocketAppraisal Solo and the Launchpad System until the end of month 3, counted from your kickoff.

Ad spend is paid by you, directly to Meta, and isn’t included. You’ll get a tax invoice from Stripe when you pay.

The Launchpad System gives you a monthly check-in that tells you what to keep, what to watch and what to change, follow-up message templates with your PocketAppraisal link already in them, and a help desk that replies within 2 business days.

Refunds

If you cancel before your kickoff call, I’ll refund you in full. Just email jordan@jordanbain.com.au.

Once the build has started at kickoff, there’s no refund if you change your mind, because the work is under way. This doesn’t affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

After month 3

PocketAppraisal Solo continues at A$197 a month and the Launchpad System at A$100 a month, unless you cancel. You can cancel either one at any time by emailing jordan@jordanbain.com.au, and it stops at the end of the month you’ve already paid for. Cancelling the System never touches your ads.

Results

Ads put you in front of homeowners. They can’t guarantee appraisals, listings or sales, and I don’t promise them.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or New Zealand consumer law.
